RBT
is the entry level clinical role in our team, they work under a BCBA and clinical supervisor to implement therapy lessons.- Provide 1:1 instruction to clients using techniques from the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
- Travel to clients’ home and/or school locations to provide services.
- Collect onsite data (company iPad provided) and complete session summary notes
- Attend training and meetings as required.
This position requires the following prior to providing any services:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst/Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst
- Licensure when applicable
- CPR & BLS Certifications/Re-certifications
- Pass Federal, State, and County background check
- All staff must have evidence of on-going training for staff to support competency (initial training as well as annual training).
